I can never be fully happy in a moment.. something always seems to ruin it.. because of all that I stop myself from being happy till after the event ends..

That’s me every day… Some days I’m happy, some days I don’t… I just keep surviving my daily life like always.
I had this problem until I’ve started a rigorous practice of self-hypnosis. When you’re good at it, you can tell yourself to be happy in the moment (for instance) and voila.
