The police that march their horses into protests know that animals will be put in harm’s way, yet still go through with it. You use your horse as a shield against protesters. You put an animal in danger to prove dominance? Stop this. There are other ways to stop protests. If you actually cared about the people, the animals, the causes, then you would have chosen much safer ways to peacefully end protest.
