To you I will give the twelve fine mills
That stand between Tillo and Terno
The mill stones are made of the reddest brass
And the wheels are silver-laden

When the nixie offers herr Mannelig a gift, it is not necessarily a here and now. Rather, it is the promise of a future that is about to come from cultural cross-polination. Or better yet, from learning to resolve a conflict: The Marriage of Heaven and Hell. The things she mentions might seem too good to be true, but will pale in comparison with a quantum computer, a particle Collider, a smartphone or a spaceship: “*What is now proved was once only imagined*”.

“*Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute?*” (1 Cor 6:15)

And why not? How is it different from, let us say, a sex with a woman who had many husbands (John 4:18)? Is it quantity, or quality? Is it that she sells what should be freely given, monetizes that which should be serving humanity and evolution (Genesis 1:28)? If so, then we have been sold many times over. The body of Christ has long been diluted with capital.

In that the Christ can be seen as a restrain (2 Thessalonians 2:7). For Christ is, as Neville Goddard would suggest, an idea of a human being as a value, a target of divine evolution. And the progress diverges from evolution, putting the value elsewhere. Take the restrain out of the way (2 Thessalonians 2:7), and the human being becomes an unnecessary burden, one to be disposed of.

Homo Sapiens have outgrown their use

“Get behind me, Satan!” (Mat 16:23) was a sound advice. Satan did follow, and soon was heading the “church”.
Herr Mannelig would marry the troll.

Fermi paradox they call it. The lack of alien signals when you turn the radio on. But look to the night sky, and see that the universe is full of fire. [Is the Sun Conscious?](https://youtu.be/E56cSMzFcW8), Sheldrake would ask at Electric Universe 2018. Of course it is! Even we humans can run some simple AIs on light (see, for example, Photonic extreme learning machine by free-space optical propagation 2021). From simple [emergence](https://youtu.be/MDt2e8XtUcA) it follows that Sun most definitely is.

But look under your feet. Under the tiny crust you walk on, there is a heavenly fire.

When a bit of it spills, most pious man would think of Devil and Hell.

What is it then, the “son of man”, the Christ? Is He a dream of the sea of fire, which some would call Hell?

“A cicada and a dovelet laughed at P’eng, saying, “Wings aflutter, we fly up until we land in an elm or a dalbergia tree. Sometimes, when we don’t make it, we just fall back to the ground and that’s that. What’s the use of flying up ninety thouthand tricents to go south?
… What do these two creatures know?
Small knowledge is no match for great knowledge, nor is a short lifespan a match for a long one. How do we know this is so? The mushroom that sprouts in the morning and dies by evening doesn’t know the difference between night and day. The locust doesn’t know the difference between spring and autumn. These are examples of short lifespans. In the southern part of the state of Chu, there is a tortoise called Dark Spirit for who spring and automn each lasts five hundred years. In high antiquity, there was a large cedrela tree for which spring and autumn each lasted eight thouthand years. These are examples of long lifespans. Nowadays Progenitor P’eng is famous for his more than seven hundred years of longevity. Isn’t it pathetic that people try to emulate him?
… A marsh sparrow laughs at the P’eng, saying, “Where does he thing he’s going? I spring up into the air and come back down after not much than a few yards. Flitting about amidst the bushes and brambles, this is the ultimate in flying! So where does he think he’s going?”
This shows the difference between the great and the small.
Thus there are those whose knowledge qualifies them for a minor bureaucratic appointment, those whose conduct is suitable for overseeing a village, and those whose virtue benefits them for rulership and who can win the confidence of an entire country. Their self-estimation is like that of the marsh sparrow, so Master Sung Jung smiled at them complacently.
Here was a man who would neither feel flattered if the whole world praised him nor frustrated if the whole world censured him. Master Sung was able to be like this simply because he could tell the difference between what was intrinsic and what was extrinsic, because he made a distinction between honor and disgrace. Although he was not embroiled in worldly affairs, still there was something that he was unable to achieve.
… Supposing there were someone who could ride upon the truth of heaven and earth, who could chariot upon the transformations of the six vital breaths and thereby go wandering in infinity, what would he have to rely on?
Therefore, it is said that the ultimate man has no self, the spiritual person has no accomplishment, and the sage has no name”
(Chuang Tzu)

There was a time when Christ was a restrain (2 Thessalonians 2:7). This time should end. And Christ will appear instead as a judge (Romans 2:16) – by choosing what treasures to take with Him, of the new and the old (Matthew 13:52).
