This year I actually want to try and stick to my New Years resolutions. Every year I tell myself that exercise, personal development and diet will be planned and executed throughout the year but after a few weeks I fall off and drop back into the same boring yearly routine of doing nothing. This year I really hope it to be different, I actually feel I have the drive to push forward and keep things simple. I am going to start small and build up instead of rushing into everything and placing too much of a burden on myself. The key is to start small and just get started. It does not matter how small, just get started and let things fall into place. Happy New Year! Let this be your year.
